What applies when you use this website, and how that relates to an actual project agreement.
Who we are
GhazTech is an independent technology practice based in Ponnamaravathi, Pudukkottai District, Tamil Nadu, India, established in 2024. In these terms, "we" and "GhazTech" mean that practice, and "you" means anyone using this website.
This website is information, not an offer
Everything published here — service descriptions, portfolio entries, downloads and general guidance — is provided so you can understand what we do. It is not a binding offer, a quotation, or professional advice for your particular situation. Prices, timelines and capabilities described in general terms may differ for your project.
We take care to keep the site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is complete, error-free, or continuously available.
The project agreement comes first
Any work we do for you is governed by the written scope and quotation agreed directly between us for that project — not by this website. Where anything on this page conflicts with a signed or emailed project agreement, the project agreement wins.
A quotation becomes binding only once both sides have agreed it in writing. Until then, either side may walk away with nothing owed.
Accounts
Customer and developer accounts are provided free and at our discretion. You agree to give accurate details, to keep your password to yourself, and to tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else. We may suspend or remove an account that is used to abuse the site, to impersonate someone, or to send unsolicited messages.
You may close your account at any time by emailing us.
Reviews and submissions
Reviews published on this site come from genuine clients. By sending us a review you confirm it reflects your own experience, and you allow us to publish it — in full or shortened for length — alongside your name and role. We do not publish invented reviews, and we do not remove genuine unfavourable ones simply because they are unfavourable. If you want a review you sent taken down, email us and we will remove it.
Downloads
Software offered through the Downloads page is provided as-is, for you to evaluate. Install it on a system you are entitled to install software on, and keep your own backups before putting it to work on live data. Any warranty or support beyond that applies only where it is stated in a written agreement with you.
Ownership
The text, design, branding, logo and code of this website belong to GhazTech unless credited otherwise. Third-party components are used under their own licences. Please do not copy the site or reuse the GhazTech name or logo without asking first.
Ownership of software we build for you is a separate matter, set out in your project agreement — our normal position is that on final payment the delivered software and its data become yours.
Limits
To the extent the law allows, GhazTech is not liable for indirect or consequential losses — lost profits, lost data, or business interruption — arising from use of this website or of material downloaded from it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Links to other sites
Where this site links elsewhere, those destinations are outside our control and carry their own terms. A link is not an endorsement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top of this page will show when. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms. Changes here never alter a project agreement already in place.
