Talk to the developer
Not a contact form that disappears into a queue. Every message here is read and answered by Mohamed Ghazzali, who would also be the person building your software.
Tell us what you need
You do not need to know what the software should be called or how it should work. Describing the problem in your own words is enough to start.
What makes a reply useful
None of this is required. Anything you include just means the first answer can be a real answer rather than more questions.
- What happens today. How the job is done now — the register, the spreadsheet, the WhatsApp group.
- Who will use it. Two staff or twenty, and how comfortable they are with computers.
- The part that hurts. The step that wastes time or where mistakes creep in.
- Any deadline. An audit, a season, a new branch opening.
- What you already own. Existing software, machines, or a system somebody built before.
Not sure where to start? Try the scope & timeline planner first.
What happens next
Written down so you know what you are agreeing to, and at which point money is involved. Nothing is chargeable until step four is signed.
-
You send it
By the form, WhatsApp, email or phone — whichever suits you. All of them reach the same person.
-
A reply within a day
One working day, usually the same day. If your idea is not something we should build, you will be told that plainly.
-
A conversation
A call or a visit if you are nearby, to understand how you actually work. Free, and it does not commit you to anything.
-
A written scope
What will be built, a fixed price and a delivery date — on paper, before any payment.
-
Only then, work starts
Built in stages so you see it as it goes, with installation and training at handover.

Outside working hours
Messages sent in the evening or on Sunday are answered the next working morning. Nothing is lost — it simply waits.
What we do with your details
Answer you. Nothing is sold, shared or added to a mailing list. The privacy policy says so in full.
An honest answer
If a spreadsheet would solve it, or somebody else is a better fit, you will be told. A bad project helps neither of us.
Students and developers
Internship and freelance enquiries go through the developers page, which asks the right questions up front.
Asked before getting in touch
Five questions about the enquiry itself. Questions about projects are answered on the home page.
Rather just talk?
Send a WhatsApp message with one line about your business. That is enough to start the conversation.
