A focused tool or a business website is typically a matter of weeks; a full management system with several modules takes longer. You get the actual date in writing at the scoping stage, before any payment is made.

Not at all. Describe your business the way you would to a new employee — what gets recorded, who checks it, where it goes wrong. Turning that into software is our side of the table, and everything is discussed in English or Tamil, whichever suits you.

Every delivery includes a support window for fixes and small adjustments. Beyond that, later additions are quoted the same way the original work was — a defined scope at a fixed price, so the decision stays yours.

Desktop systems are built to run entirely on your own machine, with your data stored locally — billing does not stop because the line is down. Where a project genuinely needs to be online, we say so plainly at the scoping stage.
