Started in 2024, for the businesses software forgot
Walk into most shops, clinics and training centres around Pudukkottai District and you find the same picture: a paper register that works, a spreadsheet that mostly works, and a gap between them that somebody closes by hand every evening.
The software that could close that gap was rarely built for them. It was either designed for companies a hundred times their size and priced accordingly, or it was set up once by someone who then moved on, leaving nobody to call when it broke.
GhazTech was founded in 2024 to sit in exactly that gap — a practice small enough to answer its own phone, and disciplined enough that what it hands over still runs correctly years later.
In practice that means fewer clients at a time, written scopes instead of vague promises, and a preference for solving the boring problem properly over selling the impressive one badly.

Four rules we do not bend
These are the engineering standards behind the work, not the sales pitch in front of it.
Plain language, everywhere
Every screen, button and error message is written the way your staff actually speak — in English or Tamil. Software nobody understands is software nobody uses, however well built it is underneath.
Tested on your real records
Before anything is handed over we run your own data through it — the messy entries, the duplicates, the years of accumulated exceptions. A system that only behaves on tidy sample data is not finished.
Boring where it counts
The parts that hold your money, stock and records use proven, ordinary techniques. Novelty belongs in what the software feels like to use, never in how it stores a transaction.
Written to be handed on
Code is organised and documented so another developer could pick it up cold. You should stay with us because the work is good — never because nobody else could read it.

Clients kept asking the same question once their software was working: nobody knows we exist. So digital marketing joined the practice — WhatsApp Business, Instagram, search visibility and YouTube, run on an agreed schedule with the accounts staying in the client's own name.

A small internship and training track for students and recent graduates, supervised directly rather than handed a tutorial. Live client briefs, real code review, a certificate and an honest reference at the end — and freelance work afterwards for the ones who earn it.
